Tenant Satisfaction
We have been in the business of owning and managing commercial property since 1984. When you rent from us, you deal not only with the management company, you are dealing with the owner. Our goal is to ensure that your transition into your new space is smooth and seamless. Your satisfaction is our success.
In-House Maintenance
When you have a problem, you call us -- 856-482-5271. A member of our service department will be dispatched to your office to troubleshoot the problem. If he can fix it, he will. If he can't, we will make sure the appropriate contractor is contacted to take care of the problem.
Flexibility
If and when you outgrow your leased space, we will work with you to find a larger suite in one of our properties.
